What is the return policy?
No Returns or Size Exchanges
We do not accept returns or size exchanges under any circumstances. Most of our products are made-to-order and created specifically for you. Please review all details — including size, customisation, and specifications — carefully before placing your order.
Replacement Policy
We follow a Replacement-First Policy. If your item is eligible, we will send a free replacement. Replacements are offered only in the following cases:
Product received is damaged or defective
Product was lost in transit
You received the wrong item
To raise a request, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video showing the unopened parcel.

When will I get my order?
Standard Delivery: 5–8 business days
Custom/Personalised Orders: 7–10 business days
Remote Areas: May take 2–3 additional days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or high-demand periods.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it — completely free of charge. After that, the following applies:
After processing begins — A 35% cancellation fee will be deducted from your order value
After dispatch — Your order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped
For changes like address corrections after dispatch, a fee of ₹150 + GST applies.
